11 · Staff AI Use Undertaking — Confirmation

I have read the Staff AI Use Undertaking (MC-QLD-DOC-11, version 1.0) in full, I understand it, and I agree to comply with it. I undertake that I will never enter a young person's name, image, personal information or case details into any artificial intelligence tool, chatbot or other external service, that de-identifying the details does not make it permitted, and that I will report immediately to privacy@mayimcare.com.au if I become aware that I or anyone else has done so. I understand that this form and my signature are a legal record kept on my personnel file.
