03 Child Safety Code of Conduct (MC-DOC-CSC-001)

I have read the Child Safety Code of Conduct (MC-DOC-CSC-001, version 3.2) in full, I understand it, and I agree to comply with it. I understand this form and my signature are a legal record kept on my personnel file. I understand that failing to disclose child abuse to police may itself be a criminal offence in both states, and that if I work in New South Wales paid disability support work with children makes me a mandatory reporter under s 27 — a duty personal to me, discharged by calling 132 111, not by telling my manager.
